Car failed to stop when brakes applied

My new 2025 Palisade would not stop when I pressed the brake peddle at the stop sign. There was a very loud rattling noise and vibration as if the abs were activating. The roads were bone dry and it was August in Winnipeg so no snow or ice. We narrowly avoided getting Tboned by on coming traffic. I had the vehicle towed to the dealer. Found out this is a known issue for Hyundai. Goggle abs class action suit Hyundai Palisade.

I own a 2024 Calli and currently it is at the Dealership with this ABS problem and I will not pick it up until resolved. I have had it in the Dealership for the ABS problem multiple times. An 2025 Calli customer was also there for the same ABS problem. I have registered this complaint with Hyundai and the NTSB and I am currently in discussion with Hyundai for a buyout option. Hyundai is well aware of the issue for years and they continue to state that it is a normal function of their vehicles. Unfortunately, they do not recognize that the driver is unable to hard stop the car and it rolls into the intersection. If Hyundai does not provide a fair buyout, I will get an attorney.

Hey partner, I am following this thread...what's the latest with your situation? Buyout? Problem Fixed? I am experiencing the same issue on my 2023 Palisade Cali AWD at 20k miles. Please let me know
