Two questions on settings:

1. Is there a way to defeat the drivers seat from sliding back when shutting the car off?

2. Does the center of the speedometer have the ability to have other information showing than the digital speed similar to the center of the tachometer?

Yes you can disable the Easy Access feature from the User Settings. I've attached the instructions. I have the non-digital dash, hopefully another owner can answer that part for you.
