We lost one of our key fobs. Does anyone have any experience with getting a replacement for the key fob? Hyundai wants $600 to provide a replacement. I am wondering if there is something we can do that costs less but still provides a good solution.

I wanted to update my post with what we did to replace our key fob. We purchased a genuine OEM Hyundai key fob from remotesandkeys.com for $150. Then we took it to our Hyundai dealer who programmed it for $50. So for a total cost of $200, we replaced our key fob. I may take the key blank down to Lowe's at some point to grind a new key but I have actually never used that and so it is not very high on my list of things to do.

Get the mechanical key done, winter is coming, if ur battery dies you’ll have to get ur spare remote otherwise ur locked out and can’t open the hood to get a boost.
