Text Messege Notifications?

Just picked up my Limited and paired my iPhone 11 over BT and enabled notifications on the BT setting of the phone. Everything seems to work except I'm not getting any text message notifications via the infotainment system nor am I able to see any old text messages on the phone. I'm not referring to using CarPlay just connecting via BT. As far as I can tell I have the latest version of the infotainment fw/sw. Can other let me know if this works (or doesn't work for you) and if so what am I missing to get mine to work? Thanks.

My new text messages are only available in “Audible” format. Must Be a safety feature. No texting while driving?

Turned out my problem was the iPhone stopped sending notifications and a firmware update fixed that issue so this is working on my Palisade now.
