Just joined this group. bought a 2021 palisade calligraph. my son and I installed after market crossbars and rack. I don't feel confident the 4 bolts holding the crossbars are enough to hold a 150lb load strapped on the rack. I was thinking to drill through the closed rails and add a second cable or wire to secure the bars and keep the load from flying. Any guidance or thoughts?

Haven't heard of anyone having a problem with that happening
